Location is very good. So close to Paraiso Metro Station. Room is quite spacious while no bath.
Stayed this hotel many times but Spa never fixed at all. They should remove it if they do not want to fix it. Quality of breakfast has been dropped. Egg are not warm but cold.

The hotel is clean and has internet WIFI even in the rooms!! It's near a metro station and restaurants. The employees are very friendly. It's a good place to visit all the parts of the town.
It is a "business" hotel, this is not the place to be if you are a backpacker and you like to communicate with other guests.

The hotel is situated in a great location - just a short walk from the underground station and surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. The rooms are comfortable and modern, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide range of options. I was also impressed with the helpful and friendly staff.
The only downside is the lack of a bathtub in the bathroom, but the shower provided was still nice.

Great stay in the vibrant center
Spent a lovely weekend in a cozy room with soft beddings, clean, and large enough to relax while watching TV. The hotel boasts convenient access to train stations and key landmarks in the area, making city-hop easy and less stressful. One of the things I liked most was the restaurant where we indulged in delicious local dishes and freshly squeezed juices.
The only downside of this hotel is the insufficient electrical outlets in the room. It can be frustrating when you need to charge several devices simultaneously.

Convenient location near public transportation and key attractions. Our spacious room offered a kitchenette and sitting area, making it feel like a small apartment. The breakfast buffet was filling and diverse, a great start to our days exploring the city.
The room was outdated and in need of renovation. The bathroom felt like it was stuck in the 90s and the toiletries were of low quality.
